For luxury watches:

If your item is one of these following brands : Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Rolex, we charge 2% of the selling price

If your item is none of those, we charge 0% of the selling price

For Hermès bags:

If your item is an Hermès Birkin or Kelly and worth more than IDR 50,000,000, we charge 3% of the selling price.

For other Hermès models, we charge 5% of the selling price.

The selling price for each item will be based on an agreement between the seller and Luxehouze. The seller proposes a price to Luxehouze. Luxehouze will then determine the price based on the condition of the item and the market at the time of selling.

We suggest you take the photos with a white background and from several angles that clearly show the details of the item. You also need to ensure that you submit images in high-resolution because, at Luxehouze, products with high-quality photos are proven to sell faster.

We accept watches from various luxury brands, such as Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, and Rolex, as well as Hermès bags. Please contact our Client Advisor to check the complete list of luxury brands we accept.

To make sure only secure transactions occur, we reject items that show any indication of not being 100% authentic and do not meet our standard guidelines.

Yes. Our Client Advisor will notify you if the buyer has made a transaction and purchased your item. After that, we will continue the process to the payment stage.
